Booking, cancellation, and arrival policies.

Appointments are confirmed only after successful completion of the selected booking flow. Where payment is required, unpaid bookings remain pending.

cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the selected booking policy.

arrival

Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to settle into the experience.
